Why are the most fun video games more than PS3 games?

Personally, I think games like Robotron 2084 and the Ombudsman and Space Zap is more fun than the games on my PS3. You do not know why. Controls? The simplicity of the game? Can not decide what it is. Any idea?

Raw graphics do not replace good game. I find myself going back to some classic NES and PC from time to time. Re-playability is under a game really good. For example, I could play Galaga and again, year after year and always have fun. Left, Right, Fire (3 buttons) is all it takes. Can you say the same thing for GTA4? I have no idea how to use the game buttons (I'm a PC). This does not mean there are no complicated classic games there. I think you're not alone in thinking this.
