Do I need a specific amount of RAM for a 64-bit?

I have 64-bit and when I try to run the evaluation system, games, videos from YouTube and sometimes my computer does the screen freeze and weird color and sometimes (If not completely frozen) leads me to the blue screen. Do I need like 4 GB RAM or more to run a 64-bit? is like having 4 GB of RAM or more must be one thing for a 64-bit to fully implement perfectly?
