I have just received a Wii. Need advice with games?

OK, so I finally managed to buy a Wii. I played a once, very briefly, in the family home of my in another state. I played Wii Sports and was impressed by how he could play a video game for a workout. As so I thought I should have a Wii. I did and some games. The Other games are fun, but I was disappointed they were very similar to all video games. There is no action "Involved. So … Wii Games that are best if you want to be active and get at least exercise some? I am interested in games that are really good, not only that the lice will move. Wii Sports is fun (what little I have played so far) but I thought the other would be similar him. I do not want a game that you can sit on the couch and play.

Outside of sports games, currently the only Wii games that they will receive training such as DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), who played with a dance mat as the controller, to move to music while walking on the carpet in the direction indicated by arrows on the screen. This is an excellent aerobic workout, perhaps more oriented toward women than men. Wii is my favorite! Dancing Another game is "Dancing with the Stars", which "dance" with his hands and the Wiimote and Nunchuk combo instead of using a dance mat. I personally am not so crazy about him, but the girls love it! Oh, and then there's "Boogie", a karaoke singing game like that, you can dance too! Great music and great fun – again, probably more suited to girls than boys. My granddaughter is 3 years old and I want to sing the "Milkshake" song together. (The "Rehab", her favorite song, but unfortunately do not have it in Boogie, at least not yet.) A great party game you get up and move is "WarioWare: Smooth Moves Composed" is absolutely hysterical – game for young people, too! In a series hundreds of lightning speed "Mini-games" that each last only a few seconds that you have to understand what is supposed to do and accomplish its task, such as grinding cell phones cheese graters, putting old false teeth in his mouth carefully manuvering fingers in the nose of a giant monster, etc. Yes, you have to get up and move, and obtain a considerable amount of exercise. The game "Wii Fit" is made with a board of balance exercises and key features such as Pilates and yoga-style movements – but is not scheduled to be released in the U.S. until January 2008. I am sorry to say, but with the exceptions noted above, most other Wii games can be played in comfort of your couch.
